Child Care Resource and Referral Services Serving Santa Clara County
Helping families in Santa Clara County to understand the child care system, and to link them with child care resources and facilities that meet their needs

4C’s provides:

• Free and confidential information to over 20,000 parent and child care community callers each year. Using our database of all known child care providers (currently 2,248 child care providers) staff are able to link parents with the type of care they need in accord with their specifications. (Location, type, special services, cost, etc).
• In collaboration with Santa Clara County Social Services, our staff also provides enhanced child care referral services for CalWorks families at five Satellite offices.
• Parent education opportunities on a variety of topics supporting positive parenting, literacy, school readiness and family empowerment are pro-vided monthly.
• R and R counselors provide enhanced referral and information services to families having a child with special needs.
