4C Development Centers The Community Child Care Council of Santa Clara County expanded our child care services, to meet the overwhelming demand of quality child care programs. Serving the child care community for more than 30 years the transition has been a tremendous success for the agency. The following briefly describes our centers and the premiere services offered in our programs. Center for Early Learning The Center for Early Learning is the State Preschool operated by the 4C Council which offers income eligible parents either a morning or afternoon half day preschool programs. The center operates a Montessori program environment and that serves as a foundation to prepare children for school readiness. The center offers flexible private pay programs, in a newly renovated setting that includes the playground project upgrade funded with matched contributions from the Santa Cruz Community Venture. The Morgan Hill Ranch Child Development Center conveniently located within the Cochrane Village Apartments offers the community a quality Child Development Program that strives to achieve mastery levels described in desired results and serve as the foundation to prepare children for school readiness. The center offers flexible private pay programs, income eligible subsidized and alternative pay program participants a quality child care program including nutritious meals under the USDA Child Nutrition Service program. Early Learning Center The Early Learning Center located on the campus of Orchard Elementary School District, is a full service program for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. The center is an ideal environment for the children that reside in the district and a great alternative option for parents who work in the area. Under existing education code a child may attend the school in the residence, location of the caregiver or parents employer location district. The elementary school is unique as the only school operated by Orchard School district and serves grades K-8. Our child care center located on the school campus allows children to easily transition into the after-school program operated by the 4C Council. The classrooms are age appropriate to infants, toddlers, pre-school and school age children. The center provides flexible programs and services to private pay, income eligible subsidized and alternative pay program participants that include nutritious meals under the USDA Child Nutrition Service program. |
