Payments Online
Some parents in the 4c Subsidy Program have parent fees - per their income - and these parents pay a monthly amount toward the payment of their child care services. Some parents also have their children in our 4C Child Care Centers.
If you are a parent described above, you can now pay your fees online securely via Paypal. Click the appropriate button below and you will be directed to the Paypal secure site where you can make your payment by credit card. You will need a credit card, phone number, email address and address in order to make an online payment.
You do not have to have a Paypal account in order to use this service. However, if you do have a Paypal account, you also have the option of making a payment directly from your bank account.
Subsidized Child Care Parent Fees
If you are a parent receiving subsidized child care through any 4c Program click on the button directly below to make your payment.
After clicking the button you will be directed to the paypal site. On that page, please enter the amount of your monthly payment in the "amount" box and then follow the directions on that page.
