About the Agency

The Community Child Care Council of Santa Clara County, Inc. (4C Council), is a non-profit community based agency that provides a variety of early care and education services, including financial subsidies to families and professional training to parents and teachers. Founded in 1972, the 4C Council receives funds from the California Department of Education, United States Government, Santa Clara County Social Services Agency, City of San Jose, First Five and Foundations. The 4C Council employs over 90 professional staff members of diverse ethnic backgrounds who serve thousands of families each year. The Agency continues to grow significantly and is one of the largest community based organization in Santa Clara County.
