4Cs welcomes and invites seniors and non-seniors to this beautiful city facility, where we offer senior activities, senior nutrition, a family resource library, workshops, training and early literacy programs. 4Cs is fortunate to have been considered and was selected as the lead operator at the JTS Northside Community Center.
