4Cs is honored to have been chosen to provide the Senior Wellness Program at JTS Northside Community Center and welcomes the community to this beautiful state-of-the-art facility. The Senior Wellness Program promotes healthy aging, wellness, and physical activity for older adults in the community. Services offered through the Senior Wellness Program are open to the public and most are offered on a drop in basis. Stop by and pick up a full schedule of classes, enjoy morning coffee and tea, and make new friends!
Lunch is served Monday through Friday by Bateman. Price dependent on age.
