The 4C Council Child Care Resource and Referral (R&R)
The 4C Council of Santa Clara County's is a non-profit organization providing child care resource and referral services to the entire county. Our goal is to foster high quality child care in the county through services to child care providers, parents, and the general community.

Our dedicated staff members work hard to:

• Link parents with child care providers who meet their needs
  
• Educate parents to make informed choices
  
• Help child care providers get started and succeed
  
• Enhance the professional skills of the provider
  
• Promote good nutrition and health standards in child care
  
• Inform the community about child care issues

The 4C Council has a long tradition of service to the community. Founded in 1971, the 4C Council is the official agency designated by the California Department of Education to provide resource and referral programming in Santa Clara County.
