Enhanced Referrals
Several parent groups can receive more in-depth counseling and assistance in how to meet their child care needs through the 4C Council's Enhanced Referral Services. These Enhanced Referrals are provided to Cal WORKs clients.

This process includes the prescreening of child care programs to check for available openings, as well as providing assistance in facilitating parent/provider interviews. At times, a comprehensive survey of available programs is also provided.
