The Steps Toward Obtaining Subsidized Child Care

The Steps Toward Obtaining Subsidized Child Care

  • Call the 4C Council Enrollment Clerk at 408-487-0623.

  • The Enrollment Clerk will give you the information on the documents necessary for enrolling into the program.

  • An appointment for enrollment will be scheduled.

  • You may make visits to review potential licensed child care providers and select a child care provider before your scheduled appointment.

  • At the enrollment appointment, you'll meet with a case manager who will determine your eligibility for the program.

  • Once you are determined to be eligible for the program and have completed all the enrollment paperwork, the 4C Council will send you an approval notice of action.
