Subsidized Program Providers

When does 4C’s mail out checks to child care providers?

  • On the 10th working day each month
Reminder: Attendance sheets must have been received by the 5th working day of the month in order for checks to go out on time.
If attendance sheets are received after the 5th working day, then checks are mailed out on the 10th working day of the following month.
  • If you have not received your check by the 15th working day of the month, you may contact 4C’s at 408-487-0747 and ask to speak to your fiscal accountant.
PS: PLEASE DO NOT CALL BEFORE THE 15TH WORKING DAY!
