MISSOULA - A recently released study shows that children who participate in early education, such as Head Start, are less likely to commit crimes when they're older.
The Missoula Police chief is among 60 of Montana's law enforcement leaders helping to reduce crime in the state.
"Officer Buckle, they said. Our students want to hear your safety tips and please bring along your police dog," Missoula Police Chief Mark Muir read to a Head Start class.
